Instrument Cleaning & Passivation
Our surgical technician (s) will arrive at your facility to pick up the instruments. They will then thoroughly review, clean, passivate and return them to your facility the same or following day. This is called our ReCaP Program (Review, Clean & Passivate).
For this service, our average charge is $50 per tray.
Instrument Repair, Cleaning & Passivation
This service includes all of the great features mentioned in our ReCaP Program, and also includes the repair and restoration of the instruments to full functionality. This means, sharpening, deburring, diamond dusting, re-surfacing and aligning the instruments back to manufacture standards.
For this service, our average charge is $100 per tray.
Laser Marking (Annealing)
PrecisionMark.Net, was founded on laser marking (annealing) surgical instruments. We utilize the newest, state-of-the-art FDA approved lasers to properly anneal your facility’s instruments.
This service tends to be somewhat bespoke, but the average cost is about $4 per instrument/item. The national average is $8 per item. We are a very lean organization and therefore able to offer an incredible price.
